The building runs non-smoking floors with a designated outdoor smoking area, CCTV in public areas, smoke detectors and intruder alarms, first-aid kits, fire safety systems and security personnel around the clock. Accessibility is considered: a stair-free main entrance and handrails on the stairs. Air conditioning, ventilation and a non-smoking public core keep the deco gold bright.
