Times and payment
- Check-in from 14:00 · check-out before 12:00 · front desk staffed 24/7.
- No deposit required when booking through Trip.com.
- Payment at the hotel — cash is accepted at the desk.
- The main guest checking in must be at least 18 years old.
- Check-in details are provided after booking — keep them handy for late-night arrivals.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Infants one year old and under stay free in a crib. Extra-bed and crib arrangements vary by room type — the family rooms are designed for larger parties and include the children’s bunk bed — and any extra-bed fees are paid at the hotel, not to Trip.com. Breakfast costs CNY 48 for adults; children under 1.2 m in height eat free, and taller children pay the child rate.
Shuttles, parking and amenities
- Airport shuttle: free, scheduled, 24 hours, once per hour, both directions. No reservation — first come, first served. Current timetable displayed in the lobby.
- Disneyland shuttle: free daily scheduled service; check the lobby display for times.
- 停車處： free for 48 hours for guests; spaces are limited; EV charging available.
- Toiletries: under Shanghai city regulations, hotels do not proactively provide single-use items such as toothbrushes and razors — ask the front desk, they are available on request.
- 洗衣店： free self-service washers and dryers; a steamer is available.
House rules
Pets are not allowed (service animals by prior arrangement with the front desk). Indoor public areas and most guest floors are non-smoking, with a designated outdoor smoking area. Guests from all countries and regions are welcome. Quiet hours are observed on guest floors — the Annex wing in particular is a rest-after-red-eye zone, and the staff protect it.
