The concept
The Bund was built on gold lines, stepped geometry and after-dark theatre. The DECO borrows that language — sunburst motifs, lacquer tones, golden symmetry — and runs it through genuinely modern comfort: Sleemon sleep mattresses, blackout curtains, delivery robots and the fastest shower you will ever take before a flight.
Under the styling sits a working hotel: a 200-seat Shanghai fusion restaurant, a 300 m² Melbourne-style coffee house, a 100-person conference room and a quiet Annex wing for long sleepers. Renovated fully in 2023, opened 2017, scored 9.2/10 by 4,780 guests.
